Unless otherwise stated in item descriptions, all items are shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of a paid order. Orders received on the weekend will be mailed on the next business day. Personalized items may take an additional 48 hours. I ship all items via USPS with delivery confirmation and do my best to recycle packaging / boxes when I ship. I take extra care in packaging my ceramic items to help ensure there is no damage in shipping.
I ship all of my items via USPS Priority or First Class Mail with tracking / delivery confirmation. All domestic shipping should be received within 10 days. If you have not received your item within 12 days from the date of shipping, please let me know so I can contact my local Post Office to locate the package.
