The spiral pipe is made of hot-rolled steel strip as raw material. After leveling and trimming, it is rolled into a pipe by spiral forming. At the same time, double-sided submerged arc welding technology is used for continuous welding inside and outside. After welding, the steel pipe will undergo non-destructive testing, water pressure testing and other quality inspections to ensure that the weld is uniform and firm and the pipe body is reliable in pressure bearing. Then, it will be cut to size, end processing and surface anti-corrosion treatment will be carried out according to the use requirements, and finally a high-strength spiral welded pipe product that meets the standards will be formed.
